Cookie Policy
The short version
ServiTag uses a small amount of browser storage to keep the service signed in, secure, and convenient. We do not currently use advertising cookies or operate an advertising network.
What we use
- Session cookies help authenticate users, maintain authorized access, and protect account workflows.
- Preference storage remembers appropriate browser or workspace preferences and access context.
- Notice storage remembers that the public cookie notice was acknowledged so it does not appear on every visit.
- Security and reliability data may help prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and keep the service working as expected.
Third-party services
Some ServiTag pages may load operational resources or features supplied by providers such as hosting, security, payment, email, font, or anti-abuse services. Those providers may receive standard technical request information and may use browser storage when necessary to deliver their service. ServiTag does not authorize those providers to use workspace information for their independent advertising.
Your controls
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, remembered access, payment, security, or other ServiTag features from working correctly. The public notice acknowledgement remains until browser storage is cleared or the notice version changes.
Changes
If ServiTag later introduces materially different cookie practices, this policy and the public notice will be updated as appropriate. Questions may be sent to FrontDesk@servitag.com.
