Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
ServiTag is committed to making its public website and essential equipment-record workflows usable by people with disabilities. We design and test these experiences against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility features
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, menus, and dialogs.
- Visible keyboard focus and skip-to-content links.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status announcements for assistive technology.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom, text resizing, and narrow screens.
- Reduced-motion support when requested through device or browser settings.
Need help or found a barrier?
If you cannot access information or complete a ServiTag workflow, email FrontDesk@servitag.com. Please include the page or workflow, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using when practical. Do not email passwords, PINs, signatures, or private inspection information.
We will acknowledge accessibility reports and work with you to provide the information or service in an accessible way while the underlying issue is reviewed.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as ServiTag changes. Automated checks are combined with keyboard, zoom, responsive-layout, and assistive-technology testing because automated tools alone cannot identify every accessibility barrier.
